Shipping costs and delivery information

The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

We only ship to addresses within the European Union and Norway (see list below).

In addition to the product prices indicated we also charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery as indicated in the list below. For orders over 140 € no shipping costs are charged within the European Union. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving it. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, but most orders arrive within 4-8 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that shipments outside of the Europen Union (Norway) may incur additional charges—such as customs duties, import VAT, tolls, brokerage, and other fees—that are not included in our shipping cost and remain the customer’s responsibility.
